Booking Conditions

Please refer to the following conditions which apply to all Accommodation bookings.
Depsoits/Payments:
One nights accommodation is required as deposit for bookings of 2 nights or more. The account balance is due and payable on arrival in cash or by Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. All nights booked will be charged for on arrival, please check your booking confirmation that the nights booked are correct.

Cancellations/Amendments:

Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with the Barmera Lake Resort Motel. Deposits are not refundable unless at least 28 days notice of the cancellation or variation is recieved in writting (email, letter or fax).
Any cancellation or variation within the 28 day period will result in the deposit being forfetied in full. Cancellations must be made in writing or by Email or Fax.


Minimum Booking Periods:
We have minimum booking periods over Easter, Long Weekends, Special Events and Chrsitmas school holidays.


Late Arrivals
If arriving after reception has closed for the evening, arrangements are made with the guest in regards to access of the room.

Bedding
All linen is supplied for the motel rooms and rooms are serviced daily.

Pets
No pets are allowed on the property, The management only allow show dogs in trailers, and are not permitted to enter any accommodation. These bookings are only made through the manager.

Accommodation Bond
All acommodation is strictly non smoking, A credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a gaurantee that the Motel room accommodation will be left in a CLEAN and TIDY condition. Any additional cleaning or repair costs incurred due to the condition of the room after your use will be charged to the credit card.
